Charleston County Sheriff's Office Looking for Freshfield's Village Robber

On October 18, 2011, at approximately 4:30 p.m. Charleston County Sheriff’s deputies responded to Freshfield’s Village Shopping Center, John’s Island on report of a robbery to a person. Upon arrival, deputies were advised by two vicitim’s that they were in the parking lot of the shopping center heading to Bank of America to drop a deposit when an unknown B/M approached on foot, brandished a firearm and took the deposit bags with an undetermined amount of cash.

The suspect was described as 5’05- 5′-07; 150-170 pounds and 25-40 years old, wearing a blue ball cap, dark hoody jacket, jeans and black shoes. The subject fled on foot in the direction of the traffic circle. It is unknown at this time if the subject continued on foot or left in a vehicle.
