Stabbing in Spartanburg County, Woman sought by Police

On 07.26.10 about 1:00 AM Deputies responded to report of a Stabbing at 256 Goldmine Road in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. Once on the scene Deputies observed a male victim being loaded into an ambulance for transport to a local hospital.  After speaking with the victim at the hospital it was learned that he had been  assaulted by his live-in girlfriend, Laurie Faye Pylman.  Ms. Pylman had fled the scene on foot prior to the arrival of Deputies. Investigators plan to seek an Arrest Warrant on Ms. Pylman on a charge of Criminal Domestic Violence High and Aggravated Nature. A motive for this incident has yet to be determined. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and is expected to make a full recovery. Ms. Pylman is still at large.
