On Thursday, April 6, 2010, Deputies arrested Keith Eugene Ross and charged him with three counts of Assault and Battery with Intent to Kill and one count of Possession of a Weapon during a Violent Crime in connection with the May 1, 2010 shooting that occurred at the Girlz Café on E. Blackstock Road in the Moore Community.
