Flasher in Spartanburg Apprehended

This afternoon Investigators from the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kevin Allen Parker, 27 years old, on charges related to six different cases that happened between February 2010 – October 2010. Mr. Parker was arrested without incident and is currently in the Spartanburg County Detention Center awaiting his first court appearance. Please check with the Spartanburg County Magistrate Court Office, (864) 596-3424, that is located at the Spartanburg County Detention Center for the date and time of Mr. Parker’s court appearance
