Arrest in Greenville Cold Case Murder
Greenville County Sheriff’s Deputies make arrest in a Greenville Murder which occurred on August 29, 2004. Investigators in the Cold Case Unit have been working this case since July 2009 and through many leads which came into the office they were able to charge two men with the shooting death of Curtis Deion Harmon. On August 29th, 2004, Harmon was found fatally shot in his vehicle which had wrecked on Thrift St. in Greenville County. The two men charged are Garcia Zenas Wilson, 32 years of age, and Michael Edward Hockaday, 33 years of age. Both men are now in the Greenville County Detention Center. Mr. Hockaday was already in the custody of the South Carolina Department of Corrections and was transported to the Greenville County Detention Center. Mr. Wilson was arrested at his home today by the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Unit with the assistance of the U.S. Marshall
Fugitive Task Force.
