Armed Robbery in Greenville

The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a Robbery that occurred at the Arthur State Bank, located at 1410 N. Pleasantburg Dr.  At 4:39 PM, the Sheriff’s Office received a silent hold up alarm from the bank.  At 4:41 PM, the Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from a bank employee who indicated that a subject entered the bank, jumped over the counter, grabbed an undisclosed amount of money, and fled the business. There are no reported injuries.

    It is sad that there is so many violent crimes most of the crimes are due to people being without jobs
