Case 2010051249 – Aggravated Assault: On 05.24.10 about 9:24 PM Deputies responded to Rucci’s Food Mart at 8047 Asheville Highway in reference to a stabbing. Further investigation into this incident resulted in the arrest of John Hammett on one count of Violation of an Order of Protection.
