Man Sought for Kidnapping Estranged Wife Located

O’Neil Clark, 36, of Lazy Brook Drive, Chapin, SC was taken into custody at a relatives house on Lazy Brook Drive at approximatley 11:45am. 

He was arrested without incident and is being taken to the Newberry County Detention Center. 

No bond hearing has been scheduled at this time.
