Parish Suber Arrest

On Wednesday April 27 at approximately 0400 hrs. members of the Buncombe County Sheriffs Office Sheriffs Response Team, the Asheville Police Department Drug Suppression Unit and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation located and arrested Parish Dewight Suber at the Dunbar Apartment Complex located in South Asheville. Suber was arrested without incident and booked on three outstanding felony warrants for possession of firearm by felon, discharging firearm into occupied dwelling/vehicle and assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill. Suber was being sought after firing into an occupied vehicle in the Emma community on Friday April 22, 2011.
