William Terry Brock, Sr., DOB 1-28-63, turned himself in at 12:55 a.m. on Tuesday, December 21 at the Lexington County James R. Metts Law Enforcement Complex, 521 Gibson Road, Lexington, on an arrest warrant on a charge of criminal domestic violence.
