Attempted Murder in Spartanburg

Around 6:10 PM this evening a Deputy responded to a local hospital in reference to a report of a person suffering from gunshot wounds. After speaking to the victim Deputies were dispatched to 703 Willis Road in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. Upon arrival at the residence Deputies found Mr. Paul Patton, who is the husband of the gunshot victim. Mr. Patton has been arrested and charged with one count of Attempted Murder. Investigators are continuing their investigation of this case. The Spartanburg County Detention Center website should have information on Mr. Patton and the charge against him later in the evening.
